"Landmark Center", a National Historic Monument, is a restored Old Ferderal Court Buiding, It was built in 1902 and saved from the wrecking ball in the 1970's. Now own by Ramsey County and is the cultural center in downtown St. Paul. -- Click on Map Icon at Right for location of the Landmark center.

The Elizabeth Willett Musser Cortile -Its a six story open space in the middle of the Landmark Center.
